制作方法:
  用料:带鱼、辣椒片、葱丝、蒜、姜、酱油、食用油糖鸡精少许。
  作法:1.葱切成丝,蒜切片、姜切片、辣椒切片备用;
     2.带鱼洗净切段,亦可用刀在鱼身上划几下,保证入味;
     3.将切的带鱼散上鸡精浸十分钟;
     4.热锅放少许油,将带鱼段放入煎炸至金黄捞出;
     5.洗锅重新置油,将葱、蒜、姜、辣椒放入爆炒至香味;
     6.再放入带鱼翻炒,放入少许酱油及糖,起锅承盘。
