前几天看见POP上有人以半瓶酱油烧出一锅红烧肉,深感中华传统烹饪文化面临变种危机,特发中午本人所做的陕南汉中川味红烧肉,以激浊扬清,抛砖引玉。PS:关于我家的灶台和锅的清洁程度,哈哈,我已经是把照片裁剪过的了,否则更那啥。
